Special
material and production procedures result in high life cycles. A PLC
controls the pump and supervises the major functions of the pump. All pumps
with a power input of 18 KW and more have a dual pressure system. In smaller
pumps the discharge pressure is set manually. Our pumps are delivered ready
for operation. Delivery of the pump without the sound proof housing and/or
without the PLC control is possible upon request. The

Compact Cutter Compact cutting unit with integrated HP pump - cutting area 60 x 60 cm - pump type IP 136-9 - controller: BOSCH CC 120 - cutting table: two controlled axes, cantilever design. The third axis is manually operated and sets height of the nozzle over a range of 150 mm. The pump is controlled by the CC 120. The machine has its own air supply in order to operate the nozzle valve and the abrasive feeder. A small water reservoir and a feed pump make the machine independent from the pressure of the public water network. The cutter can be operated with and without abrasives.
