ORDER

Following your order you will receive a confirmation of your order via email or fax.

• With your order you accept our general business and delivery conditions (in german).
• Prices do NOT included ales tax (except prices in ATS).
• In the product info you can se if the article is a book, a CD-Rom or available as book and CD-Rom.

Due to our diverse product list and our goal to pass on reasonable price to our customers we kept the original prices in different currencies and charge the equivalent amount at the exchange rate of the day you order.

The same is valid for shipping costs: You are only charged the actual shipping costs and therefore the costs depend on the quantity of items ordered and your shipping address.
